But seriously, where the hell are you guys in my life.
Just recovered from my first session of a new workout. High intensity, low reps, high sets, high weights. All to get myself harder, better, faster, stronger (haha sorry couldn't resist) but it's true. I gotta hit the ground harder, faster and stronger on the track than the rest. I've never felt so good/bad after a workout. Almost threw up if I'm honest. Shoulda fueled my body better before the session. Will learn for next time though eh? Tomorrow it continues.
